Please note that UPS has suspended the delivery guarantee, although we process your order on time and we handle it to UPS for next day delivery the order might not appear into the UPS system up until the day after causing a 24hr delay on your expected delivery. For more information click here.
Italian Chocolate Box accepts orders for delivery in the Continental Unites States of America only* Unless otherwise stated all of our orders ship with USPS or UPS. Italian Chocolate Box ships from our warehouse located at 8285 NW 64th St. unit 5. Miami FL 33166 Shipments are fulfilled from Monday through Friday with some exceptions during the summer months (See below)
Delivery by UPS or USPS is from Monday through Friday: there in no Saturday or Sunday delivery. UPS and USPS do not pickup orders on Saturday or Sunday or during holidays.
The following shipping rates will apply:
-We offer free ground shipping if you spend more than $49 (Unless otherwise stated because of a promotion)
-If you do not meet the minimum required to get free shipping you will be charged the current shipping rate provided by the carrier you select at checkout. Shipping fees are determined by the carrier and depends on shipping methods and your location. If you decide to pay for shipping the entire amount goes to the shipping carrier.
-For orders above $100 we offer free next day shipping.
All shipping threshold are before tax and after discounts.
If you are located in Miami you can select local delivery at checkout and have the package delivered to you the same day.
Summer Months Advisory
Due to the nature of our products from May through August we will take all the necessary precautions before we ship: for example orders placed after Wednesday at noon that are not shipped using next day delivery will be fulfilled on the following Monday. We will let the customer know if any changes to the shipping schedule will be necessary. The deadline for Next day shipping in Thursday at noon. Orders placed after Thursday at noon will be shipped on Monday.
Summer Month Shipping Refunds
Please be advised that if from Memorial Day through Labor Day you select a shipping method that is labeled as Not recommended if Hot we will not be able to refund you or ship a replacement. You will get a store credit once you attach a picture of the shipment.
Definition of Next Day Service
Once the order is placed it needs to be processed, processing an order might take up 24hr although usually all orders placed before noon EST are processed the same day. Our Next Day service is provided by UPS and does NOT offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. The terms Next day or 2nd day refer to the transit time not to number of days since your order has been processed: i.e. an order placed on a Friday even if shipped via Next Day will likely be delivered on Tuesday depending on UPS or USPS.
